Training methodology has totally changed over the past few years thanks to high speed internet. Instead of travelling around the country Bob is able to work from his office. Webex allows him to see the same screen as his users, even take over control as necessary.

By not travelling on site, training sessions can be limited to one or two hours, which is the optimum time that individuals can spend learning complex tasks. Training is better when done in short sessions on a regular basis. As an added benefit we are not taking up your entire working day. We benefit by not spending our time travelling between clients. You save both time and money.

Of course, when it is practicable, we will visit our clients in their offices.

Clearview InFocus Training and Support

Training and support sessions are geared towards the specific training requirements of each company. Working with your firm's data means that every aspect of the training is tailored specifically to your company. If your company is moving from a legacy system and getting a data conversion, we will start training once the first run of the data conversion is installed.

The training is divided into short one to two hours sessions spread out over several weeks. Sometimes different staff members attend the sessions. For example senior accounting staff and sometimes management sit in on the overall planning sessions. Project managers might attend a session on project reporting.

As part of the support we set up custom reports, including invoices.

Deltek FMS (Wind2)

We have continued to work with our large base of Deltek FMS (Wind2) clients. Most assistance over the past several months has been the customization of reports using Crystal Reports. Through an associate we have also cleaned up some database issues and provided custom programming. Another associate has provided on site training in Alberta.

Axium Ajera

Although we no longer recommend this system, we have continued to provide training assistance to our Ajera clients.
